10:00 A.M. Boat tour: “The Parks and Castles of the Hohenzollern Dynasty”

Babelsberg Park and Castle - Flatow Tower - Glienicke Park - Peacock Island - Heilands Church - Cecilienhof Palace - Marble Palais

11:30 A.M. Depart for Cecilienhof Restaurant

From 17 July to 2 August 1945, Cecilienhof Palace was the venue of the Potsdam Conference of the victorious powers of WWII. The palace was erected between 1914 and 1917 for Crown Prince William and his wife Cecilie von Mecklenburg-Schwerin. It was the last palace to be built by the Hohenzollerns and was designed by the architect Paul Schultze Naumburg, who was inspired by English Tudor-style country houses.

5:00 P.M.   Arrive at Hotel Palace

7:45 P.M.   Buses depart from Hotel Palace for buffet reception at Westin Grand Hotel
